Do you pay attention to what is happening in your life in this moment?
Do you know what choices you need to make right now?
Are you fully aware of your present thoughts and emotions?
Everything happens now.
That’s why it is so important to be present in the moment as often as possible.
You create your life right now, regardless of whether you are aware of it or not.
- Be present in the moment.
- Do something that makes you happy and relaxed, (listen to your favorite music, enjoy your favorite food, play with your child, walk in nature, create something.)
- Do anything that gives you joy and excitement. Whatever it is, make sure it feels really good for you.
- Focus on this activity, and observe yourself in it.
- Notice how you feel, and how your body reacts.
- Experience it fully.
- Be completely present in whatever you do, and wherever you are.
- Pay attention to what’s going on inside, and around you.
- Immerse yourself in the present.
Once you do something that makes you happy and relaxed, once you focus on this one activity, and once you pay attention to what you experience… you are ready to start unlocking your intuition.
So… be present in the moment, enjoy the moment, focus on it and experience it, pay attention to what’s going on inside… and around you.
That’s my message for you today… be present, focus, pay attention and enjoy :)

Have you ever felt like you didn’t know who you were anymore? Have you ever reached a point where you were struggling to identify what’s really important for you in your life?
A few years ago, I was completely lost and confused.
I didn’t know who I was anymore and what I wanted my life to look like, nor did I know how I wanted it to unfold. Although I had plenty of interests and passions, I had no clue what to do with them or which one to focus on. I had no idea what I really wanted to achieve in life nor what my dreams were … But what I knew for sure was that I needed some change! I also knew that I wanted to feel more relaxed, more joyful … I just wanted to feel happy … Don’t we all?
If you are experiencing feelings of frustration, confusion, chaos, lack of fulfillment and joy right now, you know exactly the place I was in just a few years ago. And I can completely understand these feelings as they were crushing me too…not too long ago.
The journey I traveled was full of surprises, right out adventurous at times but oh so rewarding in the end. Truth to be told if I had to do it all over again I would in a heartbeat! I wouldn’t miss precious time sitting on the fence debating if I should take on the challenge of discovering what makes me tick, what makes me come alive!
Because today I have come to a point in my life where I feel hugely satisfied, fulfilled and joyful not only with who I am, but also with what I do and where I’m headed on my journey. I share with you my story because if it sounds similar to yours I’m here to tell you that there is hope! It is, isn’t?
If you have already found your true self, I congratulate you, because I know how challenging it is to find the authentic and joyful part of your being. However, if you are still struggling, still searching for who you are and what your fulfilling life path might be, please remember that it will change for you for the better too! In conclusion, to get in touch with your authentic self, start by being more present in your life. Pay attention to what you think and what you feel as often as possible. Your thoughts and your feelings will give you the guidance you need in regards to what makes you happy and joyful or fearful and frustrated. Once you’ll realize that you can choose in any given moment not only your thoughts and beliefs but also your emotions, you’ll finally start to be a conscious creator of your own life. You create your life every single day anyway, now however is the time to begin doing it CONSCIOUSLY. You do after all have the power to CHOOSE, don’t you?

Do You Consciously Choose Happiness?
For a very long time I’ve been struggling to make consciously happy choices. Sometimes I felt great about my choices, and life flourished, and other times I felt terrible and life felt grim, boring and crazy at the same time!
Why did I create my life so well sometimes, and felt so overwhelmed and lost at other times?
I had great passions in my life; I loved photography, painting and dancing with all my heart. When I allowed myself to be swept up in these arts I felt completely free and alive. I knew what my heart wanted to express, I knew life was endless possibility, colour and movement, and I felt a deep wellness.
